Formation Cost

Company Formation Incorporation offers its services related to company formation and maintenance to our clients. Some services are offered as part of the initial company formation and registration, while others may be sought at the client's discretion. Company formation package £50 (payable at the time of application)

The package includes:

  • an original certificate of registration and incorporation from the Registrar of Companies
  • the company's Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association
  • forms for the appointment of company directors and secretaries
  • register for recording the minutes of company meetings
  • share certificates and register to record share issue and transfers and relevant forms
  • a combined company register to record all transactions and affairs of the company

The charges include payment for

  • all government charges for the registration and approval of the company;
  • delivery of company documents and registers via first class mail service; and
  • a certificate of non-trading, testifying the availability of the company name and its status as not been used for trade purposes.

All prices mentioned above are inclusive of postal charges and deliver costs, government and other charges that may be incurred for each service.
